Marginal Spots...

Wow, my lack of skill in the area of hand reading is really taking a toll on me. I am having a hard time getting out of marginal situations ahead. Here are some examples.

Villain Stats: 23/5/1.2 180 hands.
Flop aggression 0.8 fold to cbet 38 percent. Turn aggression 4.0 with 33 percent check raise. In the moment I am not thinking that his check raise on this board makes zero sense. However, after reflection I realize that his check raise here basically put his hand face up. What is he repping? Does he even realize that I am utg?A2,K2, set of 8's,9's, 10j,89, weird flush draw, or air. I will only have 7 behind if I make the call. Am I such a nit folding here? What is standard? I punk out and fold! Left to wonder, sigh....

Hand#2 Villain stats 15/9/14.0 (119 hands)flop aggression 7.0 check raise percent is 25 percent.
We are deep here and player has seen me make a decent play with KK to a floater when I was oop. Similar idea. Whats he really repping here with this check raise? Would this player treat a 10 this way, KQ, OJ, etc. Should I be willing to go broke here?
I decided to peel and see the response on the turn. Strong bet sizing on two streets so I punk out again and fold!

This is a comment on hand 2. I would like to know how often does villian cbet on this type of board and follow up with a double barrel on the turn? Has he tried this before with you?
